Sylvan Hills II is the second phase of redeveloping the 10.15-acre site of the former Sylvan Circle Apartments at 1930 Sylvan Road and 2046 Perkerson Rd SW. The site is currently managed by Radiant Development Partners in partnership with TCE Development, EQ Housing Advisors, ANDP, and Atlanta Housing.
