Shawn Coste Roman serves as the Development Design & Construction Executive to Radiant Development Partners, providing senior-level oversight of architecture, engineering, and construction activities across RDP’s development portfolio, including design coordination, constructability, cost management, procurement, and construction execution. Works closely with development teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to manage risk, maintain quality, and advance projects from design through completion. Shawn has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
