With more than 25 years of experience and over $1 billion in development activity, she brings deep expertise in affordable and mixed-income housing, complex financing, and public-private partnerships.

Sharon has held executive roles with local and national development companies, leading complex transactions involving LIHTC, Tax Allocation Districts, Housing Opportunity Bonds, HOME, and RAD. She has partnered with housing authorities, nonprofits, churches, investors, and other community stakeholders, utilizing both conventional and FHA financing to advance transformative housing developments and create lasting community impact.
