Sharon D. Guest Elected to Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Board

ATLANTA, GA — September 15, 2026 — Radiant Development Partners (RDP) is pleased to announce that Sharon D. Guest, Founder and Principal of Radiant Development Partners, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC).

Guest brings more than 25 years of experience in affordable and mixed-income housing development. She has held executive leadership roles with local and national development organizations and has extensive experience navigating complex affordable housing transactions, public-private partnerships, and community-centered development.

Guest founded Atlanta-based Radiant Development Partners in 2023. The minority- and woman-owned firm focuses on the development and preservation of affordable and workforce housing through partnerships with housing authorities, nonprofit and faith-based organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and communities.
